Who I am · How I work

Volunteering to help you reduce workload and reach more people

I’m Darren. I help social service teams develop small, practical automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive workload in a safe, secure way. My goal is to ease burnout pressure and free up time for practitioners to serve beneficiaries.

The process starts with understanding your tasks: the people doing it, the time it consumes, and the decisions automation must never take away.

Shadow and observe

Follow your people and identify time-consuming tasks.

03

04
